iMac OS X Software Issues

Truong came to my home to fix a long list of glitches, email failures, calendar problems, plug-in problems, and network problems. I've tried to fix these myself with online help, but never made progress. I'm really glad someone could come out to see exactly what my setup was so a problem could be identified and fixed. He worked fast but took time to explain what he was doing and to answer all my questions in clear, understandable language. Now my home computer syncs with my laptop and my cell phone so I can confidently schedule business meetings, check email on the go and know that everything is backing up properly. We have 2 hardware upgrades to make. We will certainly have him back to make those repairs. I have never been so happy with IT services and the cost was very reasonable. I hope to be a client for life.
