Apple Mail Sending Issues

My mother was having issues with accessing emails on her computer. Truong came out to her house and was quickly able to fix the problem. My mom has limited knowledge about computers and Truong was very patient and took a lot of time to work with my mom and explain the problem and how to prevent it from happening in the future.Also, my mom has severe arthritis in her hands and has difficulty controlling the mouse. Truong recommended a different kind of mouse that he thought may be easier for my mom to control and cause less hand pain. He went above and beyond the call of duty offering to pick one up and delivering it to her house for her to try out for a week. We couldn't be more pleased with the work he did and will be recommending him to family and friends. Truong is also a pleasure to work with--very polite and professional.
