Apple MacBook Pro Hard Drive Replacement

The hard drive in my MacBook Pro crashed for the second time in a year. The first time this happened, I went to two Apple stores (Rosedale AND MOA) and they basically told me that since I purchased my computer through MacMall, there was nothing they could do for me....even though my computer was still covered by Apple care. So I bought a hard drive on http://newegg.com and had it put in and spent too much time and money on the process. Come 10 months later (May 2013), the same thing happened again. I was determined to find a better way to solve this problem. I browsed the internet and the second call I made was to Truong. He listened to me attentively when I explained to him what was going on with my computer and gave me very honest, simple advice. I also suggested to buy my new hard drive at Micro Center in SLP, which I had never been to before. I took my computer to Truong and the next day it was ready to go. He also cleaned the inside and out of my MacBook. This was such a stress free process compared to my last experience. I will be taking my computer, and referring everyone to Truong from here on out. His rate is affordable, even with his traveling fee, if you opt for him to come to you. TRUONG THE IT SAGE IS THE MAN!!!
