5 STARS! Truong deserves serious consideration for any work needed on computers that still have a 'life.' After being told I should junk our family ibook by another computer guy, I persevered in searching for reasonable repair/replacement of the hard drive.The Sage was IT! I write this recommendation on our i-book as it sits on my lap and am grateful for the honest and professional service Truong provided.
