I’m available by appointment only for drop-off service or onsite work at your home or business. Certain services such as data transfer or recovery, MacBook liquid damage repair, and hard drive upgrade/replacement require drop-off. Please use the contact form to set up an appointment.

Scheduling Policy

Thanks to all of my customers who have trusted me with Mac repair over the years, The IT Sage has earned a reputation for being on time and getting it done. Please know that I’m still a one-man operation because I want to help and interact with every customer directly.

I schedule customers throughout the day and have a small window of time between appointments. I respect everyone’s time and ask the same from my customers. If you have a drop-off or pick-up but know you cannot make it within 15 minutes of scheduled time, please let me know ahead of time to reschedule.
